Every graduate walks out with their official State of Florida Certification included in your $599 tuition. This is the required certification to legally serve alcohol in Florida, so you're ready to work immediately after graduation.
150+ Drinks + Mixology
You'll learn 150+ cocktails ranging from foundational classics to contemporary craft mixology. You'll study flavor structure, spirit categories, modifiers, syrups, infusions, and cocktail balance while developing precision in free pouring, layering, shaking, stirring, muddling, and garnish execution. Our hands-on mixology training prepares you to create drinks with confidence and perform under real high-volume bar pressure.
Train in Real Bars
This isn't a classroom with fake equipment. Every hour of training takes place behind real bar tops in actual bars. You'll build muscle memory by pouring real bottles, learn to operate live POS systems, manage real glassware and ice wells, and practice under the kind of pressure you'll face on a real shift. When you step behind a bar for the first time as a working bartender, it won't feel like the first time.

Zero experience required. We start with fundamentals and build you into a confident, hire-ready bartender by graduation.

Do I need bartending experience?
No. Hospitality experience is a plus, but not required. Our Coach Preparation Program teaches you everything you need to run a successful campus.
What are the two franchise options?
Single Unit: Your own Elite location in a protected territory. Multi-Unit / Regional Developer: Oversee multiple locations and build Elite in an entirely new market.
Is my territory protected?
Yes. Every franchise receives an exclusive, protected territory. You'll never compete with another Elite franchisee for the same students.
What kind of training do I receive?
